You can browse public listings without signing in. If you sign in with Google, we store basic account details from your sign-in provider, such as your email address, profile name, and profile photo.

If you submit a listing, we store the listing text, pickup area, optional location details, uploaded photos, submission status, and review history needed to review and publish the item.

If you save or report a listing, we store that action with your account so the product can show your saved items and review abuse reports.

If you use nearby search or location suggestions, we process the search text or approximate coordinates you provide so we can show relevant listings and places.

Submitted photos are stored so we can review and show approved listings. Pending photos are not meant for public browsing, but approved listing photos may be shown publicly as part of the listing.

Do not upload private addresses, faces, documents, payment details, or other sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and safe to publish.

We may collect usage information to understand product usage and improve the browsing and submission experience.

We may collect error and performance information so we can fix issues and keep the service reliable.

We use cookies and local browser storage where needed for sign-in sessions, security, analytics, and normal web app operation.

We use information to operate Free Items SG, review submissions, prevent abuse, show public listings, support account features, and keep the service reliable.

Free Items SG does not sell items, process payments, run reservations, or sell your personal data.

Public listing content is visible to anyone who can access the service after a listing is approved.

We use trusted service providers to host the app, manage sign-in, store listings and photos, provide location suggestions, understand product usage, and fix errors.

We keep account, listing, report, and review records for as long as they are needed to operate the service, resolve safety issues, or comply with legal obligations.
